Meet the Collective DFW

The Collective Dallas- Fort Worth

Our Three Pillars

  • Community & Network Building
  • Leadership Development
  • Collective Action

Build a strong network that fosters a deep sense of connection among alumni of color.

Provide experiences that place alumni of color on a path to transformational leadership.

Mobilize our collective leadership to make a significant difference for kids in low-income communities.

Our Board Members

The Collective is Teach For America’s national association of alumni of color. The Collective is designed to grow leadership capacity, strengthen community, and increase access to opportunities—all in the interest of serving our students. The Collective-DFW brings this focus to our DFW community with the purpose of working toward One Day with our students. The Collective-DFW Leadership Board will lead the larger Collective base to set and achieve goals in each of these areas.
